In today’s world our cities are more and more impure, but surprisingly there are people who want to reverse this tendency. Many of them use bicycles for the city mobility.

There are many kinds of bikes; for travelling in the metropoly the most popular is a ordinary town bike which takes us from place to place, however there are more personalised bikes. Everything depends on what purpose we want to use a bicycle is it for movement, activity or sport (or for example extreme sport). In these days a good bike is a very costly equipment, therefore it is a good idea to consult this issue with more practised person. If we don’t have got a right place to keep our bicycle we can lend one. In a large number of towns there are bicycles for rent, you could ride on it as long as you want and then pay for the use (of’course you must register in the first place in the town base). If you don’t like bicycles you can go on foot or begin to do nordic walking, it is a form of walking with two sticks, that kind of physical activity is not very expensive and you don’t have to be very fit to start doing it. It is a fantastic sport for all human beings with problems with their backbone, however it is worth to know that in this kind of sport we should put sticks in the proper position to have a proper posture while walking. It is advisable to have a few advices before we started to do this sport.
