The term “outsourcing” is becoming more and more famous. You may hear this practically everywhere – during both private and formal business meetings, during different conferences and so on. I am convinced that many people already are aware what outsourcing means.

apparently, not all of them. Presumably, a lot of you can also explain that outsourcing allows to transfer concrete activities to a third business. Thanks to this, it is possible to put bigger effort and to pay more attention on the core business.

However, I can see that many people connect outsourcing mainly with rather basic activities. I must admit that this kind of understanding might be extremely misleading. Not merely because outsourcing could offer so much more than only helping to avoid employing employees directly. This also enables you to have an access to specialists that you could never afford to employ otherwise. But it is not the field I would like to focus in this very brief text. There are lots of others texts on positive and negative aspects of using outsourcing.

In this text I want to present that outsourcing is so a great deal more than just simple IT services. I am sure it began from that point previously. But as this field has developed, outsourcing companies became extremely specialized in particular fields of activities.
